Christie Mills graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Architecture in 1999. Since joining Moriyama & Teshima, Christie has brought creative vision as well as a refined design sense to the projects on which she has worked. Her professional responsibilities extend through all job phases; from early conceptual ideas to design development, contract documents and contract administration. She has acted in a variety of roles, applying her talent to a number of projects including the Seneca/York Technology Enhanced Learning Building, Guelph Civic Centre Complex, Markham YMCA, Ryerson University Centre for Computing and Engineering, Proposed County of Oxford Administration Building and the Hillfield Strathallan Secondary School and Althletic Complex. She was named an Associate in 2004. Before embarking on a career in architecture, Christie obtained a Commerce degree in Finance and International Business from McGill University. As a result, her design rigor is accompanied by solid leadership and management skills. For all project scales and client groups, Christie's balanced approach has become an important asset towards the Team's success. Awards:
