Jason Moriyama:

Since joining Moriyama & Teshima in 1988, Jason Moriyama has applied his considerable design skills to a number of award-winning projects including the Bank of Montreal Institute for Learning and Bay Bloor Radio, both in Toronto. Among Jason's accomplishments are his successful design competitions: for Seneca College's high-tech campus at York University, Queen's University's Agnes Etherington Art Centre, and, with partners Ajon Moriyama and Daniel Teramura, the Saudi Arabian National Museum in Riyadh. Recent projects include the Brock University Complex and the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.

After receiving a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Carleton University, Jason worked for several years as an industrial designer. He then moved to Los Angeles to study at the Southern California Institute of Architecture where he received a Master of Architecture degree. Along the way, he worked at the offices of Frank Gehry and Coop Himmelblau Architects.

Jason is a Member of the Ontario Association of Architects and the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada.
