After 45 years at 32 Davenport Road in Toronto, Moriyama & Teshima moved on December 12, 2011. Our new address is: Moriyama & Teshima
We left behind the Yorkville area and moved to the St. Lawrence Market Neighborhood. The town of York was founded in 1793, on a site of ten blocks north of Front Street between George Street and Berkeley Street. In 1834, Toronto's first city hall was built on the southwest corner of King Street East and Jarvis Street very close to our new location. On that site since 1850 is the historic St. Lawrence Hall. We have taken over the majority of the ground floor of an old warehouse building built in the 1920's. Our own dedicated entrance from George Street takes you into our new office. The space was completely updated and renovated but we kept as much of the exposed brick and wood structure untouched as possible. Links:
