Modern pavilion with geometric lattice facade and large 'CANADA' sign, surrounded by visitors.

Large 3D letters spelling CANADA in front of a modern exhibit with wooden lattice ceiling and walls decorated with black bird silhouettes.
People seated on curved benches in a dimly lit circular room with a cube sculpture in the center and a panoramic video projection around the upper walls.

A curved façade of woven Douglas Fir evoked both a Canadian forest and the Arab Mashrabiyya. The geometric lattice traced the sea-level elevations of the Trans-Canada Highway, symbolizing mobility across diverse landscapes. Delivered through design-build with IPD practices, the Pavilion met Dubai’s Al’Safat sustainability requirements and achieved an Excellent CEEQUAL rating.

People gathered in front of the Canada pavilion with illuminated Canada signs and a large lattice structure at dusk.
