Delivered under an aggressive schedule and complex phased construction, the project maintained campus occupancy throughout. Designed to LEED Gold, it incorporates energy efficient systems, photovoltaic panels, and an innovative ice storage cooling strategy. Extensive stakeholder consultation ensured functional, adaptable spaces aligned with evolving academic needs.
