View through large glass windows into a courtyard with a tree, grass, circular wooden seating, and people sitting and interacting.

At the heart of the design is a repeatable “Kit of Parts” strategy, using a regular mass timber grid to create efficient sections that can be replicated across future TDSB sites. Where these sections meet, voids form courtyards, gathering spaces, and rooftop areas, including a two-storey courtyard that brings abundant light into the school. Regenerative landscaping with native species, inclusive washrooms, and spaces supporting the Poplar Panthers community reflect a commitment to accessibility and neighbourhood connection.
