The focal point is the Rotunda, an open and airy circular atrium at the heart of the building. Lined in warm-toned travertine and white oak, this light-filled space is an engaging gathering place and key venue for receptions, conferences, and daily interaction.

Delivered through a fast-tracked design-build partnership, the project met aggressive schedule and budget constraints while the building remained operational. BIM and rigorous coordination enabled seamless integration, cost control, and the realization of a distinctive architectural language expressed through white vertical fins and transparent ground-level glazing.
