Ontario Secondary School Teachers' Federation (OSSTF) Headquarters and Multi-Tenant Complex

The OSSTF Headquarters is a three-storey, 124,000 SF fully exposed mass timber building targeting net-zero performance. The project consolidates the federation's offices alongside two floors of leasable tenant space, with all design decisions assessed for long-term value, occupant wellness, and operational efficiency. A central atrium connects the OSSTF and tenant floors, bringing daylight deep into the plan and encouraging spontaneous interaction. Shared amenities — lobby, café, terrace, and a convertible event space — extend use beyond building occupants to the wider community.
