Scarborough Civic Centre

The Scarborough Civic Centre is the original municipal city hall for the former Borough of Scarborough. Designed by Raymond Moriyama, the legacy building embodies a democratic spirit. The expressive rooflines, soaring in opposing half-pyramids, reflect hope and aspiration, welcoming all community members.
