Hailey Mae

Hailey Mae is a Proposal Specialist who shapes the first chapter of Moriyama Teshima Architects’ work. With a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Southern California, where she graduated Cum Laude, she brings a designer’s perspective and a deep understanding of visual communication to each pursuit.

Hailey approaches proposals as both strategy and story. She distills complex requirements into clear direction, aligning teams around a shared vision and crafting submissions that are thoughtful, cohesive, and purposeful. On the Agri-Foods RFP, she led coordination, developed the narrative, and managed the submission process, guiding the team from early strategy to final delivery.

Through confident, strategic storytelling, Hailey helps MTA’s voice come through clearly and sets the momentum for the work that follows.
