Patricia Allen-Evans

Patricia Allen-Evans is the Manager of Human Resources at Moriyama Teshima Architects, serving and based in both the Toronto and Ottawa offices. Reporting to the firm Partners, she directs the entire spectrum of human resources initiatives. Patricia brings over 20 years of experience from unionized and non-unionized companies. Her career began in advertising before moving to the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. She has a deep understanding of workplace dynamics including performance management, onboarding, compliance, and diversity and inclusion. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Arts, Film and Communications, from McGill University and a Master of Employment Relations from Memorial University.
