Limberlost Place, George Brown College

Designed by MTA (Lead) in collaboration with Acton Ostry Architects, Limberlost Place was a ten-storey mass timber academic building at George Brown College’s Waterfront Campus in Toronto. As Canada’s first tall timber assembly occupancy tower, it met Toronto Green Standard Tier 4 targets and advanced net-zero carbon performance through integrated passive and active systems.
