Toronto Reference Library

Established in 1977, the Toronto Reference Library at Bloor and Yonge replaced the original 1909 location in an effort to better centralize the resources for metropolitan residents and accommodate its growing collection. The flagship location of the world's busiest urban library system in the world, the building is a five-storey building with a skylight and tiered central atrium filled with water, plants and natural features.
